The Plaza de Espana was an interesting, and relatively modern area in Seville, having been built in 1929 for the Iberoamericana exhibition.
There was also a large park located near by (Parque de Maria Luisa) which in the shady spots, on the hot summer day, was a welcome break from the swealtering heat.
I attempted different perspectives, when taking the next image, trying to figure out if it looked better with a "frame" from a window into the plaza, or if it looked better without the border. I never did come to a satisfactory conclusion.
